"So many times a business owner only hears bad things about his employees so that is why I wanted to make it a point to let you know you have a really good crew.
Every morning when they arrived they always made it a point to say hello and chit-chat a few times throughout the day and yet they always presented themselves in a professional manner. I can't imagine the intense heat they endured and yet I saw them take very few breaks. I was very impressed that everyday before they left every bit of debris was picked up from my property. I know that many companies just wait until the job is finished and then cleanup.

"I hired IMPERIAL ROOFING, INC. of POLK COUNTY to assess my roof, November 2016. Kenny Harp told me it would be 3-4 months before he could start the roof. He started my roof in February 2017 and all 6 men worked 2 full days at my home and cleaned up! After Kenny explained to me that he does NOT use black paper; but a black product that is stronger, using all Corning Owens shingles, etc., I was sold. I researched quality roofs before he came for the estimate. KENNY HARP went up on the roof himself and he had the software on his phone taking pictures of exactly what was wrong with my roof and possibly much more once the roof was totally removed! The other 2 roofing companies had no pictures and just gave me the price TO REPAIR THE ROOF, when in fact I needed a brand new roof! I was educated by Kenny Harp that wood would be needed anywhere the rotten wood was removed and would cost more... Kenny Harp also put up a SOLAR REFLECTOR, that I requested and it has lowered my A/C bills since my entire home is in the sun for an extra cost."

"After multiple roof leaks and unsuccessful repairs from other companies, I called Imperial Roofing having been referred by an excellent word-of-mouth recommendation. Donny Harp came to the house and did a very thorough roof evaluation. His price was fair and was very close to the lowest bid for the new roof. I went with Imperial because Donny was extremely professional and impressive--I was willing to pass on the lowest bid to get better quality work. I had an additional problem: a very leaky glass and aluminum sunroom. I had had five sunroom companies come out, and all recommended replacing the sunroom. Donny said he would have his brother, Kenny, come over and make a recommendation. Kenny supervised the replacement of my roof as well as personally sealing my sunroom--and did the sunroom without any additional cost! The new roof was put on exactly when promised and has been trouble-free. The sunroom has been through two hurricanes and multiple tropical storms without a single leak. When I was concerned about a possible roof leak (which turned out to not be actually there) Kenny came out immediately and did a thorough inspection. These people are professional, on time, and back their excellent work. I have recommended Donny and Kenny Harp to several friends and neighbors and will continue to do so."
